Questions about pricing and billing
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days and needs no payment method. To keep using Clawzia afterwards, choose a plan.
Are the prices shown with or without VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Monthly or yearly?
Every plan can be paid monthly or yearly. The table above shows both prices, so you can compare them.
What happens if a payment fails?
We never switch off your consumers' withdrawal function abruptly over a billing issue. The widget keeps working during a grace period, and we notify you by email and in the dashboard.
Can you install it for me?
Yes. With the one-time setup service (€79) we install the widget on your shop for you. Contact us to arrange it.
Is there a plan for agencies?
Yes. The Agency plan covers many client shops in one account. See Clawzia for agencies.
