Clawzia makes the online withdrawal function required under Directive (EU) 2023/2673, Art. 11a CRD easy to add to any online shop in Ireland, with the wording, the confirmation step, the emails and the records it needs.
What we stand for
Wording from the law, with sources
Button texts, dates and legal references come from our country registry, which lists its sources and the date of the last check. Wording that a lawyer has not verified yet is marked as such.
Privacy by design
The widget sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. We store only the data a withdrawal needs, and we process it for shops as a processor; the terms and their current status are on the data processing agreement page.
Accessible
We design the widget, the forms and this site for WCAG 2.1 level AA: keyboard use, visible focus, sufficient contrast and clear labels.
Inbound only
We never send cold emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages. We reply when you contact us.
Honest about limits
Clawzia is a technical tool and does not provide legal advice; for your own situation, ask a qualified solicitor. We say what the product does, and what it does not do.
Local markets
We publish country pages for each market as its national law is added to our registry, including Ireland, with wording that has not yet been verified by a lawyer marked as such.
