Installation guide
Install the withdrawal button on OpenCart
For OpenCart 4 there is a Clawzia extension with a settings page; for OpenCart 3, an OCMOD modification. Ask us for the package that fits your store.
Before you start
Create your shop in Clawzia
Sign up with your email address, create the shop, choose its country and default language and enter the email address that receives withdrawal notifications.
Allow your shop’s domains
Add every domain your shop runs on to the allowed domains, for example with and without www and the platform address of your shop. On other domains the widget only shows a link to the hosted form, with the EU directive’s wording in English.
Copy your code
Copy the code from the Install page of your dashboard (for the plugins, only the public key, which starts with pk_). The public key is not a secret.
OpenCart 4: the Clawzia extensionRecommended
clawzia.ocmod.zip: OpenCart 4 uses the file name as the extension code, so a renamed file (for example after a second download) does not work.Upload the extension
Upload the package, then click the green Install button of “Clawzia Withdrawal Button” in the list below.

Verify the installation
Click Verify installation. The status card shows your shop, its country, the text of the link and whether the wording is verified, and checks that the widget file can be downloaded.
If nothing appears

clawzia_footeris enabled, then refresh the theme cache.Where: Extensions → Events; theme cache: Dashboard → gear icon (Developer Settings) → Theme → Refresh

Good to know
- Themes whose footer template has no closing body tag are skipped: add
{{ clawzia_snippet }}before</body>in that template by hand. - Install the modification only once, and not together with a copy in the
systemfolder: with two copies, the code is printed twice.
Check the installation
Open your shop in a private window
The withdrawal link appears at the end of your footer, or as a floating button, depending on the position you chose in the dashboard.
Try it with the keyboard
Press Tab until the link is focused, then Enter: the two-step withdrawal form opens. Close it with Esc.
Check that the code is there once
View the page source and search for data-shop="pk_. The script tag should appear exactly once per page.
Send a test withdrawal
Send a withdrawal with your own email address and the order reference TEST. Check the confirmation email and its receipt link, then close the request in your dashboard.
If the link does not appear
If your site sends a Content Security Policy, allow https://clawzia.com in script-src and connect-src. Exclude widget.js from script combining, minifying and “delay JavaScript” features of optimisation plugins and CDNs.
