Installer le bouton de rétractation sur Shopify

Ajoutez le code à votre thème une seule fois et le lien de rétractation apparaîtra sur chaque page de la boutique générée par le thème.

Avant de commencer

  1. Create your shop in Clawzia

    Sign up with your email address, create the shop, choose its country and default language and enter the email address that receives withdrawal notifications.

  2. Allow your shop’s domains

    Add every domain your shop runs on to the allowed domains, for example with and without www and the platform address of your shop. On other domains the widget only shows a link to the hosted form, with the EU directive’s wording in English.

  3. Copy your code

    Copy the code from the Install page of your dashboard (for the plugins, only the public key, which starts with pk_). The public key is not a secret.

  4. Autoriser les deux adresses Shopify

    Ajoutez votre domaine personnalisé et votre adresse votre-boutique.myshopify.com aux domaines autorisés.

  1. Sauvegarder votre thème

    Dupliquez d'abord votre thème actif, afin de pouvoir revenir en arrière si nécessaire.

  2. Ouvrir le code du thème

    Ouvrez l'éditeur de code du thème actif et le fichier layout/theme.liquid.

    Where: … à côté du thème actif → Modifier le code → layout/theme.liquid

  3. Coller le code avant la balise fermante body

    Collez le code de votre tableau de bord sur la ligne juste avant </body> et cliquez sur Enregistrer. Pour les boutiques multilingues, ajoutez la langue de la page à la balise script : data-lang="{{ request.locale.iso_code }}".

    Your personal code with your shop key is in the dashboard after sign-up. The second line (noscript) links visitors without JavaScript to your hosted withdrawal form. Its link text is the legal wording for your shop’s country, which the dashboard or our plugins print for you: never type or translate it yourself. If the code in your dashboard has no noscript line, leave it out.

  4. Recommencer après un changement de thème

    Les mises à jour du thème et un nouveau thème remplacent theme.liquid : ajoutez de nouveau le code lorsque vous mettez à jour ou changez de thème.

Good to know

  • Le lien apparaît sur toutes les pages de la boutique générées par le thème. Le paiement et les nouvelles pages du compte client n'exécutent pas le code du thème : le lien n'y est donc pas affiché ; demandez à votre conseiller si cela suffit pour votre boutique.
  • En option, ajoutez à la notification de confirmation de commande (Paramètres → Notifications → Confirmation de commande) une ligne renvoyant vers votre formulaire de rétractation hébergé, avec le libellé exactement tel que l'affiche votre tableau de bord. Ne saisissez et ne traduisez jamais le libellé vous-même.

Application ShopifyPlanned

Une application Clawzia avec intégration d'application ajoutera le widget sans modifier de code. Elle n'est pas encore disponible ; d'ici là, utilisez le code du thème ci-dessus.

  1. Activer l'intégration d'application

    Lorsque l'application sera disponible, vous activerez l'intégration d'application Clawzia dans l'éditeur de thème.

Vérifiez l'installation

  1. Open your shop in a private window

    The withdrawal link appears at the end of your footer, or as a floating button, depending on the position you chose in the dashboard.

  2. Try it with the keyboard

    Press Tab until the link is focused, then Enter: the two-step withdrawal form opens. Close it with Esc.

  3. Check that the code is there once

    View the page source and search for data-shop="pk_. The script tag should appear exactly once per page.

  4. Send a test withdrawal

    Send a withdrawal with your own email address and the order reference TEST. Check the confirmation email and its receipt link, then close the request in your dashboard.

  5. If the link does not appear

    If your site sends a Content Security Policy, allow https://clawzia.com in script-src and connect-src. Exclude widget.js from script combining, minifying and “delay JavaScript” features of optimisation plugins and CDNs.
