45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet (a fogyasztó és a vállalkozás közötti szerződések részletes szabályairól), 22. § (1) c) and (1a)–(1c). These provisions were replaced or inserted by 415/2025. (XII. 23.) Korm. rendelet 11. §. That decree is 'fogyasztóvédelmi tárgyú kormányrendeleteknek a magasabb szintű fogyasztóvédelmet célzó módosításáról', published in Magyar Közlöny 2025. évi 157.

Who enforces: - Under 45/2014 31. § (1), as amended by 116/2026 7. § b) from 2 August 2026, breaches of 22. § (1b)–(1c) go to the authority named in the Unfair Commercial Practices Act (2008. évi XLVII. tv., Fttv.), under that act's rules. - Under Fttv 10. § (1), this is normally the consumer protection authority, which follows the Consumer Protection Act (Fgytv., 1997. évi CLV. tv.) per Fttv 19.
