VI.61/2 CDE/WER (withdrawal function) in Book VI, Title 3, Chapter 2, Section 4. Art. 9 amends art. VI.45, § 1, 8° (pre-contractual information on the existence and location of the function). Art. 25 replaces instruction (3) of Annex I (model withdrawal information). Art. 28 amends art. XV.83, 8° (penalties).

Art. 1 Nr. 8 of the Gesetz zur Änderung des Verbrauchervertrags- und des Versicherungsvertragsrechts sowie zur Änderung des Behandlungsvertragsrechts of 03.02.2026, BGBl. 2026 I Nr. 28 (published 05.02.2026), replaced the earlier § 356a with this provision. Art. 10 Abs. 1 puts it in force on 19.06.2026. Art. III amends the Wet handhaving consumentenbescherming. Commencement (Art. IV): 19 June 2026, or the day after the Staatsblad is issued if that is later than 18 June 2026. The Staatsblad was issued on 24 June 2026, so the Act entered into force on 25 June 2026. Art. II onderdeel C also amends art. 6:230m lid 1, onderdeel h (pre-contract information on the availability and place of the function).
Not adopted. Current vehicle is government draft UC169, 'projekt ustawy o zmianie ustawy o prawach konsumenta oraz ustawy o konsumenckiej pożyczce lombardowej'. The official government work list names MFiG (Ministerstwo Finansów i Gospodarki) as responsible and plans Council of Ministers adoption in Q1 2027. It is on RCL as project 12414453 and was at public consultation in September 2026.

Current regime: Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, de 14 de fevereiro (distance and off-premises contracts), as amended; its fifth amendment is Lei n.º 10/2023, de 3 de março.

As of 2026-09-29 the BOE consolidated TRLGDCU has not been amended (no art. 106 bis); the Congreso pages could not be read in the cross-check (HTTP 403), and the 2026-09-25 research found no Proyecto de Ley there.
