Installate il pulsante di recesso nel vostro negozio
Una riga di codice funziona in qualsiasi negozio in cui potete aggiungere uno script a tutte le pagine. Tra le piattaforme più diffuse nel commercio online italiano ci sono WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, Magento e OpenCart. Scegliete la vostra piattaforma per le istruzioni passo dopo passo o seguite i passaggi generali qui sotto.
Prima di iniziare
Create your shop in Clawzia
Sign up with your email address, create the shop, choose its country and default language and enter the email address that receives withdrawal notifications.
Allow your shop’s domains
Add every domain your shop runs on to the allowed domains, for example with and without www and the platform address of your shop. On other domains the widget only shows a link to the hosted form, with the EU directive’s wording in English.
Copy your code
Copy the code from the Install page of your dashboard (for the plugins, only the public key, which starts with pk_). The public key is not a secret.

Incollate il codice dalla dashboard subito prima del tag di chiusura </body> di ogni pagina, oppure installate il plugin per la vostra piattaforma. L'esempio mostra una chiave di esempio; il vostro codice personale è nella dashboard.

Verificate l'installazione
Open your shop in a private window
The withdrawal link appears at the end of your footer, or as a floating button, depending on the position you chose in the dashboard.
Try it with the keyboard
Press Tab until the link is focused, then Enter: the two-step withdrawal form opens. Close it with Esc.
Check that the code is there once
View the page source and search for data-shop="pk_. The script tag should appear exactly once per page.
Send a test withdrawal
Send a withdrawal with your own email address and the order reference TEST. Check the confirmation email and its receipt link, then close the request in your dashboard.
If the link does not appear
If your site sends a Content Security Policy, allow https://clawzia.com in script-src and connect-src. Exclude widget.js from script combining, minifying and “delay JavaScript” features of optimisation plugins and CDNs.
Domande sull'installazione
Mi serve uno sviluppatore?
Di solito no. Se sapete aggiungere codice al tema del negozio o installare un plugin, ce la farete da soli. Se preferite, il nostro servizio di installazione una tantum (79 €) se ne occupa al posto vostro.
Il widget rallenterà il mio negozio?
Il widget è leggero e si carica con defer, dopo la pagina. Non installa cookie e non carica nulla da terze parti.
E il banner dei cookie?
Il widget non installa cookie e non salva nulla nel browser. Assicuratevi che il banner di consenso o un plugin di ottimizzazione non rallentino o blocchino lo script — altrimenti il link non comparirà per alcuni visitatori.
Il mio negozio è in più lingue. Cosa devo fare?
Aggiungete la lingua della pagina al tag script, per esempio data-lang="it", oppure lasciate che sia il plugin per WordPress a farlo. Senza questo, il widget usa la lingua predefinita del negozio.
