Installera ångerknappen i din butik
En kodrad fungerar i varje butik där du kan lägga till ett skript på alla sidor. Många svenska nätbutiker byggs med plattformar som Shopify, WooCommerce, Abicart, Quickbutik eller Nyehandel – välj din plattform för instruktioner steg för steg, eller följ de allmänna stegen nedan.
Innan du börjar
Create your shop in Clawzia
Sign up with your email address, create the shop, choose its country and default language and enter the email address that receives withdrawal notifications.
Allow your shop’s domains
Add every domain your shop runs on to the allowed domains, for example with and without www and the platform address of your shop. On other domains the widget only shows a link to the hosted form, with the EU directive’s wording in English.
Copy your code
Copy the code from the Install page of your dashboard (for the plugins, only the public key, which starts with pk_). The public key is not a secret.
Installationskoden
Klistra in koden från instrumentpanelen precis före den avslutande taggen </body> på varje sida, eller installera pluginet för din plattform. Exemplet visar en platshållarnyckel; din personliga kod finns i instrumentpanelen.

Kontrollera installationen
Open your shop in a private window
The withdrawal link appears at the end of your footer, or as a floating button, depending on the position you chose in the dashboard.
Try it with the keyboard
Press Tab until the link is focused, then Enter: the two-step withdrawal form opens. Close it with Esc.
Check that the code is there once
View the page source and search for data-shop="pk_. The script tag should appear exactly once per page.
Send a test withdrawal
Send a withdrawal with your own email address and the order reference TEST. Check the confirmation email and its receipt link, then close the request in your dashboard.
If the link does not appear
If your site sends a Content Security Policy, allow https://clawzia.com in script-src and connect-src. Exclude widget.js from script combining, minifying and “delay JavaScript” features of optimisation plugins and CDNs.
Frågor om installationen
Behöver jag en utvecklare?
Oftast inte. Om du kan lägga till kod i din butiks tema eller installera ett plugin klarar du det själv. Om du föredrar det utför vår engångstjänst för installation (79 €) arbetet åt dig.
Saktar widgeten ner min butik?
Widgeten är liten och laddas med defer, efter sidan. Den sätter inga kakor och laddar inget från tredje part.
Hur är det med min kakbanner?
Widgeten sätter inga kakor och sparar inget i webbläsaren. Se till att ditt samtyckesbanner eller ett optimeringsplugin inte fördröjer eller blockerar skriptet – annars visas inte länken för en del besökare.
Min butik har flera språk. Vad gör jag?
Lägg till sidans språk i skripttaggen, till exempel data-lang="sv", eller låt WordPress-pluginet göra det åt dig. Utan det använder widgeten butikens standardspråk.
Min plattform finns inte med i listan.
