Installeer de herroepingsknop in uw webshop
Eén regel code werkt in elke webshop waar u een script aan het thema kunt toevoegen. Veel Belgische webshops draaien op Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento of Lightspeed eCom – kies uw platform voor stap-voor-stapinstructies, of volg de algemene stappen hieronder.
Voordat u begint
Create your shop in Clawzia
Sign up with your email address, create the shop, choose its country and default language and enter the email address that receives withdrawal notifications.
Allow your shop’s domains
Add every domain your shop runs on to the allowed domains, for example with and without www and the platform address of your shop. On other domains the widget only shows a link to the hosted form, with the EU directive’s wording in English.
Copy your code
Copy the code from the Install page of your dashboard (for the plugins, only the public key, which starts with pk_). The public key is not a secret.

Plak de code uit het dashboard net voor de afsluitende </body>-tag van elke pagina, of installeer de plugin voor uw platform: gidsen voor WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop en elke website. Het voorbeeld toont een voorbeeldsleutel; uw persoonlijke code staat in het dashboard.

Controleer de installatie
Open your shop in a private window
The withdrawal link appears at the end of your footer, or as a floating button, depending on the position you chose in the dashboard.
Try it with the keyboard
Press Tab until the link is focused, then Enter: the two-step withdrawal form opens. Close it with Esc.
Check that the code is there once
View the page source and search for data-shop="pk_. The script tag should appear exactly once per page.
Send a test withdrawal
Send a withdrawal with your own email address and the order reference TEST. Check the confirmation email and its receipt link, then close the request in your dashboard.
If the link does not appear
If your site sends a Content Security Policy, allow https://clawzia.com in script-src and connect-src. Exclude widget.js from script combining, minifying and “delay JavaScript” features of optimisation plugins and CDNs.
Vragen over de installatie
Heb ik een ontwikkelaar nodig?
Meestal niet. Kunt u code toevoegen aan het thema van uw webshop of een plugin installeren, dan lukt het u zelf. Liever niet zelf? Onze eenmalige installatieservice (€ 79) doet het voor u.
Wordt mijn webshop trager door de widget?
De widget is klein en laadt met defer, pas na de rest van de pagina. Ze plaatst geen cookies en laadt niets van derden.
En de cookiebanner?
De widget plaatst geen cookies en slaat niets op in de browser. Zorg dat uw toestemmingsbanner of een optimalisatieplugin het script niet vertraagt of blokkeert – anders verschijnt de link bij een deel van uw bezoekers niet.
Mijn webshop is meertalig. Wat doe ik?
Voeg de taal van de pagina toe aan de script-tag, bijvoorbeeld data-lang="nl", of laat de WordPress-plugin dit automatisch doen. Zonder die instelling gebruikt de widget de standaardtaal van de webshop.
Mijn platform staat niet in de lijst.
Volg de gids voor elke website: de meeste platformen voor webshops hebben onderaan de pagina een instelling voor eigen code. Heeft de uwe die niet, neem dan contact met ons op.
