Installeer de ontbindingsknop op je webshop
Eén regel code werkt op elke webshop waar je een script aan alle pagina's kunt toevoegen. Nederlandse webshops draaien op uiteenlopende platformen – van WooCommerce en Shopify tot Lightspeed eCom, CCV Shop en Mijnwebwinkel. Kies je platform voor stapsgewijze instructies, of volg de algemene stappen hieronder.
Voordat je begint
Create your shop in Clawzia
Sign up with your email address, create the shop, choose its country and default language and enter the email address that receives withdrawal notifications.
Allow your shop’s domains
Add every domain your shop runs on to the allowed domains, for example with and without www and the platform address of your shop. On other domains the widget only shows a link to the hosted form, with the EU directive’s wording in English.
Copy your code
Copy the code from the Install page of your dashboard (for the plugins, only the public key, which starts with pk_). The public key is not a secret.
De installatiecode
Plak de code uit je dashboard net voor de afsluitende </body>-tag van elke pagina, of installeer de plugin voor je platform. Heb je WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, OpenCart, Wix of Squarespace? Dan vind je daar een gerichte gids. Het voorbeeld toont een voorbeeldsleutel; je eigen code staat in het dashboard.

Controleer de installatie
Open your shop in a private window
The withdrawal link appears at the end of your footer, or as a floating button, depending on the position you chose in the dashboard.
Try it with the keyboard
Press Tab until the link is focused, then Enter: the two-step withdrawal form opens. Close it with Esc.
Check that the code is there once
View the page source and search for data-shop="pk_. The script tag should appear exactly once per page.
Send a test withdrawal
Send a withdrawal with your own email address and the order reference TEST. Check the confirmation email and its receipt link, then close the request in your dashboard.
If the link does not appear
If your site sends a Content Security Policy, allow https://clawzia.com in script-src and connect-src. Exclude widget.js from script combining, minifying and “delay JavaScript” features of optimisation plugins and CDNs.
Vragen over de installatie
Heb ik een developer nodig?
Meestal niet. Kun je code aan het thema van je webshop toevoegen of een plugin installeren, dan lukt het je zelf. Liever niet zelf? Onze eenmalige installatieservice (€ 79) doet het voor je.
Vertraagt de widget mijn webshop?
De widget is klein en laadt met defer, na de rest van de pagina. Hij plaatst geen cookies en laadt niets van derden.
En mijn cookiebanner?
De widget plaatst geen cookies en slaat niets op in de browser. Zorg dat je toestemmingsbanner of een optimalisatieplugin het script niet vertraagt of blokkeert – anders verschijnt de link niet bij een deel van je bezoekers.
Mijn webshop heeft meerdere talen. Wat doe ik?
Voeg de paginataal toe aan de script-tag, bijvoorbeeld data-lang="nl", of laat de WordPress-plugin dit doen. Zonder die instelling gebruikt de widget de standaardtaal van je webshop.
Mijn platform staat er niet bij.
Volg de gids voor elke website: de meeste platformen voor webshops hebben een instelling voor eigen code onderaan de pagina. Heeft jouw platform die niet, neem dan contact met ons op.
