Installeer de ontbindingsknop op WooCommerce
De Clawzia-plugin voor WordPress voegt de ontbindingsfunctie toe aan elke pagina van je webshop en kan ontbindingslinks toevoegen aan Mijn account en aan orderemails. Je kunt de code ook handmatig plakken.
Voordat je begint
Create your shop in Clawzia
Sign up with your email address, create the shop, choose its country and default language and enter the email address that receives withdrawal notifications.
Allow your shop’s domains
Add every domain your shop runs on to the allowed domains, for example with and without www and the platform address of your shop. On other domains the widget only shows a link to the hosted form, with the EU directive’s wording in English.
Copy your code
Copy the code from the Install page of your dashboard (for the plugins, only the public key, which starts with pk_). The public key is not a secret.

Upload en activeer de plugin
Upload het ZIP-bestand en activeer de plugin. Zodra hij op WordPress.org staat, kun je onder Nieuwe plugin toevoegen ook zoeken op “Clawzia Withdrawal Button”.
Where: Plugins → Nieuwe plugin toevoegen → Plugin uploaden → kies het bestand → Nu installeren → Plugin activeren

Vul je publieke sleutel in
Plak de publieke sleutel uit je Clawzia-dashboard en sla op.

Controleer de installatie
Het statusvenster toont je webshop, het land, de tekst van de link en of de tekst is geverifieerd. Het controleert ook of het widgetbestand kan worden gedownload.

Kies de WooCommerce-links
Optioneel voegt de plugin bij elke bestelling in Mijn account een ontbindingslink toe (standaard aan) en een regel met de link in e-mails over bestellingen (standaard uit).
Where: Instellingen → Clawzia → WooCommerce
Good to know
- De plugin vereist WordPress 6.3 of hoger en PHP 7.4 of hoger; WooCommerce is optioneel.
- Hij toont de noscript-link voor bezoekers zonder JavaScript met de tekst uit ons register en geeft de paginataal door aan de widget, ook op sites met WPML en Polylang.
- Sluit
widget.jsuit van het combineren en minificeren van JavaScript en van functies als “JavaScript uitstellen” in optimalisatieplugins.

Plak de code uit je dashboard net voor de afsluitende

The second line (noscript) links visitors without JavaScript to your hosted withdrawal form. Its link text is the legal wording for your shop’s country, which the dashboard or our plugins print for you: never type or translate it yourself. If the code in your dashboard has no noscript line, leave it out.

Controleer de installatie
Open your shop in a private window
The withdrawal link appears at the end of your footer, or as a floating button, depending on the position you chose in the dashboard.
Try it with the keyboard
Press Tab until the link is focused, then Enter: the two-step withdrawal form opens. Close it with Esc.
Check that the code is there once
View the page source and search for data-shop="pk_. The script tag should appear exactly once per page.
Send a test withdrawal
Send a withdrawal with your own email address and the order reference TEST. Check the confirmation email and its receipt link, then close the request in your dashboard.
If the link does not appear
If your site sends a Content Security Policy, allow https://clawzia.com in script-src and connect-src. Exclude widget.js from script combining, minifying and “delay JavaScript” features of optimisation plugins and CDNs.
