Installera ångerknappen i WooCommerce
Clawzia-pluginet för WordPress lägger till ångerfunktionen på varje sida i din butik och kan lägga till ångerlänkar i Mitt konto och i ordermejl. Du kan också klistra in koden för hand.
Innan du börjar
Create your shop in Clawzia
Sign up with your email address, create the shop, choose its country and default language and enter the email address that receives withdrawal notifications.
Allow your shop’s domains
Add every domain your shop runs on to the allowed domains, for example with and without www and the platform address of your shop. On other domains the widget only shows a link to the hosted form, with the EU directive’s wording in English.
Copy your code
Copy the code from the Install page of your dashboard (for the plugins, only the public key, which starts with pk_). The public key is not a secret.

Ladda upp och aktivera pluginet
Ladda upp ZIP-filen och aktivera pluginet. När det finns listat på WordPress.org kan du i stället söka efter ”Clawzia Withdrawal Button” under Add New Plugin.

Ange din publika nyckel
Klistra in den publika nyckeln från din Clawzia-instrumentpanel och spara.
Where: Settings → Clawzia → Public key → Save Changes

Verifiera installationen
Statusrutan visar din butik, dess land, texten på länken och om formuleringen är verifierad. Den kontrollerar också att widgetfilen kan laddas ner.

Välj WooCommerce-länkarna
Pluginet kan lägga till en ångerlänk vid varje order i Mitt konto (på som standard) och en rad med länken i kundens ordermejl (av som standard).

Good to know
- Pluginet kräver WordPress 6.3 eller senare och PHP 7.4 eller senare; WooCommerce är valfritt.
- Det skriver ut noscript-länken för besökare utan JavaScript med formuleringen från vårt register och skickar sidans språk till widgeten, även på sajter med WPML och Polylang.
- Undanta
widget.jsfrån sammanslagning, minifiering och funktioner som ”fördröjer JavaScript” i optimeringsplugin.

The second line (noscript) links visitors without JavaScript to your hosted withdrawal form. Its link text is the legal wording for your shop’s country, which the dashboard or our plugins print for you: never type or translate it yourself. If the code in your dashboard has no noscript line, leave it out.

Kontrollera installationen
Open your shop in a private window
The withdrawal link appears at the end of your footer, or as a floating button, depending on the position you chose in the dashboard.
Try it with the keyboard
Press Tab until the link is focused, then Enter: the two-step withdrawal form opens. Close it with Esc.
Check that the code is there once
View the page source and search for data-shop="pk_. The script tag should appear exactly once per page.
Send a test withdrawal
Send a withdrawal with your own email address and the order reference TEST. Check the confirmation email and its receipt link, then close the request in your dashboard.
If the link does not appear
If your site sends a Content Security Policy, allow https://clawzia.com in script-src and connect-src. Exclude widget.js from script combining, minifying and “delay JavaScript” features of optimisation plugins and CDNs.
