Nainštalujte tlačidlo na odstúpenie do svojho e-shopu
Jeden riadok kódu funguje v každom e-shope, kam môžete pridať skript na všetky stránky. Ak predávate cez platformu ako Shoptet, BiznisWeb alebo NEXTSHOP, najprv si u jej dodávateľa overte, či a ako rieši funkciu na odstúpenie od zmluvy. Ak predávate cez WooCommerce, Shopify alebo iný systém, kde môžete doplniť vlastný kód, vyberte si nižšie svoju platformu, alebo postupujte podľa všeobecných krokov.
Skôr než začnete
Create your shop in Clawzia
Sign up with your email address, create the shop, choose its country and default language and enter the email address that receives withdrawal notifications.
Allow your shop’s domains
Add every domain your shop runs on to the allowed domains, for example with and without www and the platform address of your shop. On other domains the widget only shows a link to the hosted form, with the EU directive’s wording in English.
Copy your code
Copy the code from the Install page of your dashboard (for the plugins, only the public key, which starts with pk_). The public key is not a secret.

Open your shop in a private window
The withdrawal link appears at the end of your footer, or as a floating button, depending on the position you chose in the dashboard.
Try it with the keyboard
Press Tab until the link is focused, then Enter: the two-step withdrawal form opens. Close it with Esc.
Check that the code is there once
View the page source and search for data-shop="pk_. The script tag should appear exactly once per page.
Send a test withdrawal
Send a withdrawal with your own email address and the order reference TEST. Check the confirmation email and its receipt link, then close the request in your dashboard.
If the link does not appear
If your site sends a Content Security Policy, allow https://clawzia.com in script-src and connect-src. Exclude widget.js from script combining, minifying and “delay JavaScript” features of optimisation plugins and CDNs.

Potrebujem programátora?
Zvyčajne nie. Ak viete pridať kód do šablóny e-shopu alebo nainštalovať plugin, zvládnete to sami. Ak uprednostňujete, naša jednorazová inštalačná služba (79 €) to spraví za vás.
Spomalí widget môj e-shop?
Widget je malý a načítava sa s defer, až po stránke. Neukladá cookies a nenačítava nič od tretích strán.
A čo banner na súhlas s cookies?
Widget neukladá cookies a nič si nezapisuje v prehliadači. Uistite sa, že banner na súhlas alebo plugin na optimalizáciu skript neoneskoruje ani neblokuje – inak sa odkaz časti návštevníkov nezobrazí.
Môj e-shop je viacjazyčný. Čo mám urobiť?
Pridajte jazyk stránky do značky script, napríklad data-lang="sk", alebo to nechajte na plugin pre WordPress. Bez neho widget použije predvolený jazyk obchodu.
Moja platforma nie je v zozname.
Postupujte podľa sprievodcu pre akýkoľvek web: väčšina platforiem pre online obchody má nastavenie na vlastný kód v päte stránky. Ak vaša nemá, napíšte nám.
