Receipts

Verifiable proof of every withdrawal

When a customer confirms a withdrawal, Clawzia records the exact time of receipt and issues a receipt. Customers and shops can check it at any time on our public verification page.

How receipts work

  1. The statement is confirmed

The customer fills in the form and confirms it on a separate second step. Only then is the statement recorded as received.
  2. A receipt is issued

We store the time of receipt and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the statement, and send the receipt ID in the confirmation email to the customer and to the shop.
  3. Anyone with the ID can check it

The verification page shows the shop, the time of receipt, the status and the fingerprint. It never shows names, email addresses or order details.

Why this helps

  • For customers

A durable confirmation that the withdrawal arrived, with a date and time that cannot be changed later.

  • For shops

Evidence of every request in one place, with the fingerprint that shows the record was not altered.

  • Private by design

The public page shows no personal data. The full statement stays in the shop’s dashboard.

Questions about receipts

Where do I find the receipt ID?

In the confirmation email sent after the withdrawal, and in the shop’s dashboard. It starts with “rc_”.

What does the fingerprint prove?

It is calculated from the content of the statement and the time of receipt. If anything in the stored record changed, the fingerprint would no longer match.

Is a receipt legal advice or a legal opinion?

No. It documents that and when a statement was received. Clawzia is a technical tool and does not provide legal advice.
